This morning when I got up to feed the chickens there were six instead of five so I asked the chicken her name. She flew over to the turkey pen and I asked her again and she said Gertrude McCluck.
I asked where she lived, and she said the fair.
"Will you take me there?"
"Yes."
"Can you drive?"
And she said, "Yes, yes I can."
I said, "What... a chicken can drive... no way!"
So she drove us to the fair and we rode rides and a lot of other stuff. I asked her where she lived and she showed me and it was a garbage can and I was like, wow, I think I am going to leave. So I did.
The next morning Gertrude was there again and she said hi and I said bye and she said, "Wait, I want you to enter a contest."
"Which one?"
Gertrude said, "The 2nd Annual Backyard Poultry." I said cool and I entered and won first prize.
We celebrated winning by going to a water park and people kept on staring at us. It drove me nuts!! So I shouted with my loudest voice and said, "What, haven't you ever seen a girl and her best friend riding water slides before?"
Now me and Gertrude are best friends and she moved in with my other chicks to be close to me.
