I wanted to share these pictures of our chickens' Christmas tree. It is made from 100% edible, candied popcorn on the outside and stuffed with loose popcorn on the inside. It is decorated with dried berries, cake icing, cornbread, rice cake packages, and cherry tomatoes. The angel is an ice cream cone and icing, and the wings are white bread.

Barney is our Rhode Island Red rooster and Annabelle is his mate. The rest of our flock consists of about 250 White Leghorns and Rhode Island Reds (about half and half).

As you can see, they all had a very happy holiday, and we had a lot of fun making all these treats for them.
